Refunds

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Availability is subject to stock levels.
